These customer satisfaction feedback scores represent excellence at the highest levels, averaging above 95%. This commitment to customer satisfaction was also recognized Nationally by Press Ganey. Medical Imaging at Lee’s Hill received the Guardian of Excellence Award for Patient Experience that exceeded the 95% level. This award was presented at the 2015 National Client Conference. The Guardian of Excellence Award and those made recently by Mary Washington Healthcare demonstrate the organization-wide effort to continually provide an outstanding patient experience while raising the bar for performance every year.
