As a reminder, for the safety of our patients, our staff and our community, we are adhering to the following protocols:
- Patients are required to wear a face covering such as a mask, scarf, or bandana prior to entering the facility. If they don’t have a mask, one will be provided.
- Patients will be asked the following screening questions at the time of procedure scheduling, at time of appointment reminders, and upon arriving at the imaging facility.
- Have you been in contact with someone under investigation for, or with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (2019 Novel Coronavirus)?
- Have you been in contact with someone under investigation for, or with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (2019 Novel Coronavirus)?
- Do you currently have a fever?
- Do you currently have symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g., cough or shortness of breath)?
- If you have answered YES to any of the questions please call us at (540) 741-XRAY (9729) to discuss your appointment.
- We will be monitoring patients’ temperatures with a non touch IR thermometer on entry into the front door of our facilities before entering our waiting and reception areas as well as admittance into the exam room.
- Although we are maintaining our regular hours of operation, we have revised waiting area seating, and have increased the time between procedures to ensure social distancing and enhance our already strict standards of cleanliness. Keep in mind that this may cause a delay in scheduling your appointment.
