Investing in Women’s Health

Investing in community.

Women matter.

We truly believe that women matter, and so does their health. That’s why we’re dedicated to making important screenings convenient and affordable. Whether it’s your annual mammogram or a bone density screening, we have the right technology just down the street.

Meet Theresa.

“As an 11 year breast cancer survivor, I can’t stress enough the importance of getting an annual mammogram. I was lucky – my cancer was caught early at stage 1. Unfortunately, I have many friends who were stage 2, 3 and even stage 4, when diagnosed. For many of these women, annual mammograms would have caught their cancer before it spread. Be proactive, follow your instincts, and by all means, get your mammogram and encourage your friends and loved ones to do the same. You just might be saving a life.”

Meet Betty.

“I have had 3 DEXA scans done as I have osteopenia. I feel that it is very important to have the DEXA scan done at the request of my doctors as it gives us a very clear picture of any changes that occur as I get older. They can determine if it progresses to osteoporosis and prescribe other treatment. I want to stay as active as I can for my 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren so if I were to break or fracture a bone that would be a life changing event for me, and this is something that I feel I can prevent by taking a proactive step. Every woman should have it done as it is painless and takes very little time.”

Meet Amber.

“Here’s how the week of February 22, 2016 transpired for Amber and Derek Maiden: Amber had a biopsy appointment on Monday, they found out she had stage 2 grade 3 breast cancer on Thursday, they put an offer on a new house on Friday.”
