Recognizing Excellence in Customer Satisfaction

In April, Mary Washington Healthcare recognized the work of MIF teams for excellence in customer service. These customer satisfaction feedback scores represent excellence at the highest levels, averaging above 95%. This commitment to customer satisfaction was also recognized Nationally by Press Ganey. Medical Imaging at Lee’s Hill received the Guardian of Excellence Award for Patient Experience that exceeded the 95% level. This award was presented at the 2015 National Client Conference. The Guardian of Excellence Award and those made recently by Mary Washington Healthcare demonstrate the organization-wide effort to continually provide an outstanding patient experience while raising the bar for performance every year.

Customer satisfaction is a key focus for all the teams at each Medical Imaging of Fredericksburg location. Customers are surveyed routinely and feedback taken seriously as a way to improve the customer experience for each location and service.

Creating customer satisfaction at these levels requires significant training that combines strong people skills and expertise in the technologies that are in use for imaging. The coordination of information, scheduling, and specialized scanning approaches means that not only are the teams focused on customer satisfaction, but that they also maintain the highest levels of professional training and education.
