Multi Grammy award-winning songbird, songwriter and breast cancer survivor Sheryl Crow has accepted the role of national celebrity spokesperson for a new breast cancer educational campaign.

The celebrity endorsement will play an important role in highlighting the importance of annual mammography for women over 40 years of age. According to the Centers for Disease Control,
